Our online service request will speed up our response to your problem. In order for us to respond efficiently to your request, please give us all of your telephone numbers and the best time for us to contact you.

If you have a blind that needs repaired, but was not supplied by Finesse, please tell us where you purchased it, and as much detail about the blind and fault as possible, there will be a charge for a visit to another company’s product, however we will endeavour to repair other blinds; we will give you an estimate of the costs before we commence any repairs. Standard call out charge without any repair work is £32.50.

Service contract:
Our blind service contract includes a yearly service, clean and repairs to your blind with no further costs for the life of the blind. This is an excellent cover for conservatory roof blinds and large, or awkward to reach blinds. Please contact us for prices.
